To support our growth journey, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager.

With a direct reference to our Vice President - Marketing, you will join our Marketing department consisting of more than 30 committed, talented and diverse colleagues. We are based at our headquarters in Denmark and at our sales offices around the world. Together our job is to support our three business areas: Heat & Cooling, Water and Electricity, in reaching their goals by growing the Kamstrup brand through customer-centric marketing as well as engaging value-based market communication.

An impactful role with focus on creating customer centric marketing strategies, integrated plans and engaging initiatives
In the position as Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and all marketing plans related to our Heat & Cooling division. You will work closely with Heat & Cooling as their strategic marketing partner. You will hereby obtain deep industry, market and customer understanding enabling you to create impactful marketing strategies and integrated marketing programs.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding customer needs and market insights and translating business priorities into the annual Heat & Cooling marketing strategy, global marketing plans and programs to be localized and deployed in selected markets
  • Developing compelling value propositions and key messages to strengthen our positioning as value-adding solution provider
  • Designing and overseeing the execution of marketing programs, campaigns, case stories, etc. supporting business strategies, sales targets, and customer satisfaction
  • Designing launch marketing strategy and plans to drive successful launches in the markets that drive awareness, lead generation and marketing influenced revenue, supporting the end-to-end customer journey
  • Ensuring KPI’s are set and measured and demonstrate impact through the marketing dashboard applying continuous learning

You can expect around 20-30 travel days per year.

Personality matters
We are looking for a result-oriented, highly driven, and digitally minded Senior Marketing Manager with a strong commercial mindset, who can use previous experience and great personal drive to contribute to Kamstrup’s continued growth journey. You have an educational background within Marketing, International Business or similar combined with +5 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role, with proven track-record in marketing strategy, strategic marketing planning and driving operational excellence.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A deep understanding of the sales and marketing processes and how to optimize the marketing mix
  • A strong business and financial acumen enabling you to understand the key drivers of profitability and the impact of marketing decisions
  • Experience in facilitating and driving cross-functional and cross-market collaboration combined with strong program management skills
  • Experience with customer segmentation and solution-selling

In addition, knowledge of the Electricity and/or Water industries is considered an advantage.

It is a requirement that you master English on a high level, both orally and written. Danish, German, or other language will be considered an advantage.
