MANAGER FOR PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Do you have experience with production flow, process equipment and quality assurance? Then we might have the job for you as our new manager for our production support team.

About the job
You will be responsible for the production support team which consist of 10 employees, where your main responsibility will be to lead and develop the team. The production support team is responsible for ensuring the right level of quality for our production through deviation management, corrective and preventive actions, and process optimization. Below will be your tasks:
- 24/7 operational responsibility for recording and limiting incidents
- Preparation and follow-up of the department’s budgets and KPIs
- Handle deviations/CAPA/CC/Planned deviation/Complaints (Prioritization in relation to OTIF, incl. priority meetings)
- Ensure participation in cross-organizational forums, such as ETOP, quality council, compliance walks etc.

Experience & competencies
We imagine that you have an academic background with experience from a production company preferably from food or pharmaceutical companies. Thorough knowledge of GMP will be an advantage. We expect you to be fluent on English and Danish.
