Quality Assurance Engineer - maternity cover (15 month) Do you enjoy critical thinking, innovation, and problem solving? We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Engineer with good communication skills, continuous improvement mindset, and the desire to work closely together with a lot of different stakeholders.
The position Your main task will be to review documentation and release components and products. You will also support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality requirements in the organisation, where you will ensure that our documents and procedures follow internal/external standards and requirements. Aside from the daily casework, you will provide quality support for our production, e.g., when processes are altered. In those cases, it will be your job to ensure that changes do not compromise on quality. This will happen in close collaboration with our internal production, logistics and foreign subcontractors. Look forward to a varied job containing tasks that call for your ability to be self-driven but at the same time understand the importance of teamwork. The job is flexible and opens for the possibility to have some (1-2 days pr week) workdays from home after the on-boarding period. Qualifications
For the right candidate your background could look like this: You have an academic degree and a background that provides you with a solid technical understanding of quality assurance – preferably in a production environment Preferably, you have flair for IT and can familiarise yourself with our different systems Ideally, you have knowledge of requirements for production records and good documentation practise and have an understanding for simplicity in these processes If you are familiar with Quality Assurance (ISO9001/EN13485/GMP), process validation and development of medical equipment, it will be a distinct advantage, but a couple of years’ experiences from a production facility will also be relevant. You are proficient in English and Danish both orally and in writing As a person, you are analytical, systematically and possess excellent communication skills, just as - you are curious, willing to learn, and good at asking questions. About the department You will be part of the Quality department of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing and have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation and suppliers abroad. We are 20 employees responsible for the quality assurance of all pen needles produced by Novo Nordisk. The main purpose of our Quality department is to safeguard patient safety, product quality, and compliance. We work at Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development.
