Bent in neon are the words creativity, knowledge of the trends of the time, and furniture design as possible headings in our search for a future Visual Merchandiser for Actona Group. We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser who will maintain the common line in our visual identity both in showrooms and at fairs worldwide.
Summary
Actona Group is an international furniture trading company that sells furniture in more than 90 countries worldwide. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be part of a creative team of product marketing specialist.
Multicolored tasks
The key tasks for a decorator in Actona Group are the preparation of fairs both at home and abroad, where stand construction and decoration will be a part of your area. You will actively participate in the styling of our showrooms in Denmark and China, where it is essential that you ensure the right exposure of the right products.
Based on the current colour trends you will be working with uniformity in the expression at the various fairs and in our showroom. Your tasks will also include:

Close collaboration with colleagues in the company is key, as you will be a consultant for all departments, therefore we expect that you are open-minded, service-oriented, and friendly. You must add to ensure a customer-oriented and commercial marketing function.
You must be able to participate in needed travel activities in connection with fair and showroom work. To be successful in the position of Visual Merchandiser, it must come naturally to you to be creative, systematic, proactive, approachable, and have flair for creating a good impression.

- Contact with external suppliers regarding fairs and ordering decoration materials, this will be in collaboration with our Fairs Specialist and other colleagues.
- Compliance with agreed deadlines and budgets.
- Planning, styling, and execution of photo and video sessions
- Consult with your colleagues on creative tasks
- Ad hoc tasks
The right person

You must be able to participate in needed travel activities in connection with fair and showroom work. To be successful in the position of Visual Merchandiser, it must come naturally to you to be creative, systematic, proactive, approachable, and have flair for creating a good impression.
We also would like you to have:
- Fluent Danish and English skills, in both writing and speech
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Preferred knowledge of Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
