LEAN & Continuous Improvement ManagerChange Agent – LEAN processes – Global organisation

Do you want to pioneer and advocate LEAN Management and Continuous Improvement at an international, ambitious, and highly successful company to help drive its future growth? As a LEAN Manager at Cimbria, you will become one of the driving forces behind generating a customer centric, collaborative and performance driven culture. You will be responsible for coordinating all AGCO Production System (APS) activities at Cimbria’s Thisted location, identifying, and implementing improvement projects across the organisation from office level to the shop floor. You'll have an exciting working day where no days are the same. You will be developing processes according to LEAN manufacturing and right-first time concepts. Therefore, it is important that you thrive at analysing and dissecting the status quo to drive developing processes and do not shy away from communicating with many different stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing different improvement projects, where your view for cross-functional integration is imperative. You will be analysing the current processes at the shop floor and back office, identify the current gaps and determine the best actions to close these. You maintain a close relationship with many different stakeholders and work as a change agent at Cimbria Thisted. Working in close collaboration with different functional teams you empower your colleagues to implement the agreed upon changes and communicate clearly across levels on progress and gaps.To be successful in the job, it is advantageous that you have relevant experience, with a sound planning and manufacturing background. You have an excellent understanding and experience with LEAN Management, understanding its toolset and implementation pitfalls, and it is expected that you have a good understanding of integrative cross-functional processes. Experience with communication across cultures, organizational levels and functions is imperative and you are expected to be able to communicate in English at a high level. As a person, you are innovative, persistent, and goal-oriented, you might have the potential to lead LEAN processes across different manufacturing sites. You have a great deal of empathy and is a likeable person who understands to go ahead as a change agent. You are a structured person and easily keeps the big overview of relevant future and current changes. You are very self-dependent and are a natural manager of LEAN processes.
