Energinet is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our health and safety procedures and getting the organisation equipped for ISO450001 certification. You will be part of a newly established group unit in direct reference to the CEO anchoring health and safety as a strategic focus in Energinet, and thereby underlining the importance of occupational health and safety being something that concerns us all – both in our offices and at our facilities. You will have the possibility to contribute to the development of the unit and cooperation across the organisation and with external players.Your key responsibilities will be to define an implement health and safety procedures for the entire organisation and its different business units, as part of a new HS management system as well as setting up an internal audit function. Your specific assignment will therefore include:Defining function related standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures for cross functional HS topics, important is simplicity.
Defining the setup of an effective HS management system based on a systematic approach to risk to establish priorities and develop performance standards and ensure alignment across Energinet on other ISO standards. Defining and implementing the setup of internal self-assessment / audit.

You are able to work on the different levels of the organisation - on building sites as well as leadership meetings. Finally, you are fluent in Danish and English, also in writingAs a person, you are constantly keeping yourself update, and you can work well in both your team, across the organisation, with external stakeholders and independently. - Training and supporting the business in the management systems.
- Ensuring that the system can be certified to ISO45001 and ISO45003.
- Develop audit plans and conducting audits for the entire organisation.
