We are a specialised team responsible for delivering high quality advise to our leaders in all parts of the recruitment process and we have a strong focus on ensuring great candidate experiences by upholding a high level of integrity.

As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are, together with our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, responsible for branding, attracting, sourcing and interviewing prospective employees to find the right candidates to help enable Saxo to achieve our long-term goals.

Responsibility:

  • Proactively working for an inclusive and excellent candidate experience

  • Consulting with and advising hiring managers across countries on recruitment needs, developing recruitment selection criteria, sourcing and assessing world class talent

  • Building a diverse candidate pipeline through a variety of channels both in our recruitment system, LinkedIn and via networks

  • Building and promoting Saxo’s employer brand and values to employees and candidates by effectively partnering and communicating with external stakeholders to strengthen Saxo’s presence in the market


  • Assisting in planning for and managing employer branding events

  • Partnering internally by nursing your connections, while building long term relationships

  • Making an impact on broader areas, as you will collaborate with our highly competent colleagues from D&I, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering etc. to deliver the best results


Your Profile:

In Saxo we always strive to challenge status quo, therefore it is important that you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships. Furthermore, the skills to work independently on projects in a structured manner is essential in this role. As a person, you are motivated and understand the importance of adaptability in a dynamic organisation, while you uphold a high degree of integrity, quality and professionalism.

We believe that you have several years of experience working with the recruitment cycle and are now ready to take the next step in your career and help us build our future organisation. You have a passion for the recruitment profession and for delivering excellent candidate experiences.

  • You have a strong passion and a keen interest within the Talent Acquisition area and have at least 3-4 years of experience from a similar position

  • Preferable a B.sc or M.Sc degree in a relevant field

  • You are process-oriented and focused on continuous improvement

  • You are structured and prefer to work in a dynamic working environment

  • You thrive in an organisation where building relationships across all levels of the business is important and you enjoy collaborating across countries

  • You have data driven approach


  • Fluent in English both in writing and verbal communication
