About the position
As a Laboratory Technician in our chemical laboratory, you will have your daily routine in our Quality Competence Center in Aalborg, where you will be part of a well-functioning and international team together with four skilled colleagues. The tone is informal, and the working day is characterized by great independence and responsibility.

In addition to wet chemical experience, it is an advantage if you have worked with one or more of the following techniques: XRF, XRD, ICP, ASS and/or TGA. Likewise, experience with handling and analyzing fuels will be a plus.

About the position

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Perform chemical analyses of raw materials, fuels, process samples, clinker, cement, and cementitious materials
- Handle reporting and assessment of analytical results
- Handle calibration, control, and maintenance of testing equipment
- Handle purchase requisitioning for chemical laboratory
- Maintain and up-date test method instructions for chemical laboratory
- Assist in implementation of new analytical methods or changing existing analysis methods
- Assist in ad hoc tasks requested by internal or external customers
Your profile

Additionally, we imagine that you:
- Have an education as Chemical laboratory technician (Laborant) with 3-5 years' experience from an analytical laboratory
- Are self-motivated and eager to learn
- Are independent, structured, and persistent
- Thrives with routine tasks
- Speaks Danish and English at min. basic level
- Are an experienced IT user, preferably with knowledge of SAP
