We encourage you to apply! The Position The position, based out of our BA-office in Copenhagen, is part of a diverse, and engaged team reporting to the Head of Business Finance. Here, you will be part of a team consisting of 7 Business Finance Managers, working as a finance partner to the BA management team. Your key responsibilities will be: To actively drive business decisions by translating financial data into insights; leveraging business- and market understanding to support the management team as well as the continued growth of the Business Area. To lead the financial planning processes as well as financial reporting for the Business Area, on a consolidated level. To move forward the Business Finance team projects pipeline, and coordinate those with your colleagues. To drive market analysis, sales forecasting, and business controlling. While partnering with our affiliates and our Business Area Office’s commercial directors. Qualifications You are our ideal candidate if: You hold a master’s degree in Finance, Business or similar. You possess strong personal- and analytical skills and put pride in continuously improving your way of working while being driven by partnering with stakeholders across the value chain. You possess a can-do and proactive mindset and approach tasks with a positive mind and a good sense of humour. You are comfortable taking on new responsibilities and you identify opportunities and involve yourself proactively. You have strong communication skills are important; being able to explain a complex situation in a concise and simple manner and enjoy cooperating with people at all levels of the organisation. You are fluent in written and spoken English. About the Department Business Finance acts as the Centre of Excellence for the mid-size affiliates with 7 Business Finance Managers working dedicated as finance partners to the affiliates and one supporting the Business Area. The BA is comprised by affiliates in Belgium, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Portugal and Austria and employs around 400 employees. With a turnover of around DKK 4 billion the business area demonstrates one of the highest growth rates of the Region with ~30% sales growth. Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is its people.
