This newly created position is reporting to the Vice President, Future Portfolio Strategy & Market Access, and is based at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark The Position As the Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing a cross-therapeutic area strategy, with the goal to create a sustainable growth model for our commercial organisation. By integrating external and internal insights and analysis, working in close collaboration with global and regional cross-functional stakeholders, you will provide support and guidance for portfolio related projects and initiatives, where you will support with strategy definition, implementation, communication and change management activities.   • Have a strong ability to synthesise, prioritise and navigate substantial amounts of information which will be needed due to complex and diverse markets and stakeholders

  • Ensure that you provide sound recommendations to the Stakeholders which will be a key factor to your success

  • Act as a sparring partner to a dynamic close-knit team of commercial colleagues who each have their respected therapeutic area responsibility

    • Qualifications You have decided to apply for this position because you have multiple years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where you have gained extensive commercial knowledge related to several activities, for example marketing and new product planning with cross-portfolio responsibility.   • During your professional career, you have built go-to-market strategies and commercial forecasts, requiring you to understand complex and diverse market dynamics for a portfolio of products at a regional or global level.

  • You enjoy positions where you can work with elevated levels of independence and initiative, whilst still collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to drive business impact.

  • You are a seasoned professional with remarkable communication skills that is always ready for a new challenge
