Do you want to play a key role driving strategic communication across a global organisation? Are you ambitious on behalf of the communication profession and want to break the mould? You will be responsible for driving internal strategic communication across the global NNQ organisation as well as promoting awareness of quality across Novo Nordisk. You will support the Senior Vice President of NNQ and the Management Team, using your solid communication toolbox to advise on communication matters and develop creative communication content with clear messages that resonate with our organisation.
The position embraces a wide range of tasks and will call for many different competences, that will include, but will not be limited to:
• Communicating direction and strategy of NNQ cross organization
• Setting the agenda, raising awareness and promoting the importance of quality across Novo Nordisk
• Acting as a trusted sparring partner by providing competent input and support on important topics
• Developing, planning and executing inspiring internal events like quarterly live streams and our annual leadership summit
• Producing inspiring and creative communication content for internal channels (e.g. Yammer posts, videos, presentations etc.)
The job will offer frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network. You will report to Director and Head of Quality Executive Office and will be part of the NNQ Management Team.
As a communication professional you will also be part of the Novo Nordisk Global Communicators’ Network and other informal networks.
Qualifications
We are looking for an independent and result-oriented individual, who approaches tasks with structure, energy, curiosity and a positive attitude.
To succeed in this role, you:
• hold a degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields
• have minimum 5 years of experience as a communication professional, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry
• have been responsible for driving strategic communication
• have experience with working with senior management
• speak and write English fluently On a personal level, you are a strategic thinker and ambitious on behalf of the communication profession and are good at building strong and trusted relationships with colleagues, and find it natural to stay on top of what is happening across the organisation.
Finally, you know the Office 365 features by heart (including SharePoint, Yammer, Teams), and you master creating visually appealing presentations, videos etc. that catch the interest of the audience.

You will be part of the “Quality Executive Office” delivering communication, financial and strategic support to Novo Nordisk Quality leaders and our global organisation of +2100 colleagues based in nine different countries.Quality Executive Office is a highly engaged team based in Novo Nordisk’s headquarters in Bagsværd close to Novo Nordisk Quality Management and with stakeholders in the +50 quality units across the entire Novo Nordisk value chain
