The position Our department are facing an increased number of new projects, as new primary packaging components and systems are to be developed to accommodate the increasing pipeline of Novo Nordisk, and we need you on our journey! As Project Manager, you will be responsible for a global project to specify and implement a new Primary Packaging platform across production facilities worldwide within Novo Nordisk. You will interact with local teams, international sites and a European CMO to specify Primary Packaging specifications, processes at CMO and implementation at production sites at both Novo Nordisk as well as suppliers to Novo Nordisk. Key responsibilities • Drive projects related to Primary Packaging materials • Develop project plan from initial to final phase of our supply chain projects lifecycle and meet objective, milestones and cost • Advise a project team consisting of many different professional standpoints and varying departments/areas globally • Design and bring life to the new supply chain setup required to succeed with the project objective • Identify and communicate project progress/performance to all relevant stakeholders and address issues to management in timely manner
Qualifications To be considered for this position, it is required that you have:
• Master’s degree in engineering, natural science, supply chain or business administration Minimum 2A master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply chain management or any other relevant field • 3+ years of project management proven project management experience • Process, change and stakeholder management, together with process optimisation knowledge • Being familiar with GMP requirements for the pharmaceutical industry will be considered a big plus • Thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to a changing circumstance • You must be fluent in written and spoken English • Highly motivated and work well under pressure • A Team player that will maintain a good working environment Additionally, it is a plus if you have:
• Knowledge within glass, rubber, aluminium, medical devices, and pharmaceutical processes • Experience with requirement/system engineering, safety risk management and quality specifications in the pharmaceutical business As a person, you are motivated by finding the solutions that are sustainable and can incorporated in manufacturing processes. You work in a structured manner and take ownership of your assignment. With your highly analytical mind-set and problem-solving skills, you can analyse different solutions, both in the scoping phase as well as during the project. You are curious, ambitious, drivenpro-active and eager to learn, which you use to motive your colleagues with a positive and forthcoming attitude. Lastly, you possess Successful track record of managing multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment strong communication and stakeholder management skills that enables you build strong relations across the organisation. About the department
As Project Manager, you will join the Material Manufacturing Development team within the Product Supply Sourcing Operations, which consists of 70+ employees organised in 6 teams. We are responsible for development and implementation of complex materials (raw materials, excipients, Primary Packaging materials, etc.) from development to production and maintain documentation on existing materials. Due to the strategic nature of the projects, you will interact with senior leadership across Injectable Finished Products both at headquarters as well as across the manufacturing network.
