Do you want a key role in driving transformation towards a sustainable energy setup?
In 2021 we launched our new strategy with the ambition to becoming a world leader in sustainable energy. To get there, we need to redefine ourselves as company and as part of this we need to attract several new group of employees. And that’s where you enter the scene! You will be trusted with the key task to ensure, that we have fair and competitive C&B packages to attract and retain the right people.

Lead our local salary review and be trusted advisor to HR Business Partners
What is a competitive salary package? When covering a multitude of different job roles that stands on a far greater number of different educations, we have a quite complex setup to manage. When you add 1.500 employees on two locations and a new transformation strategy to the stew, you will know why we need you and all of your good C&B skills. You will especially focus on two tasks:
- Define and lead the local salary review including to perform and present analyzes – will take approx. 80% of your time
- Advice and support HR Business Partners with e.g. salary proposals, questions regarding promotions, benchmarking, gender pay gap analyses and the like
The local salary review is performed once a year aligned with the international HR team, and the result is a report complemented by several kick off meetings. The task involves a large number of stakeholders as well as an external partner that provides various data and insights. You are the Project Leader that makes everything come together while at the same time working hands-on with different parts of the report.
