We are looking for Design Manager/Projekteringsleder to our Design Management team who will be responsible for handling cross disciplinary design teams within our facility design area. The team in our Facility Design area consist of approx.180 highly skilled employees.
We’re expecting to grow the team with more colleagues, meaning you can have impact on your role whether you are driven by being involved in all project phases from early design phases to construction, commissioning and hand-over, or if you prefer selected phases.

- Leading the way for the cross disciplinary design coordination
- Creating a motivational work environment, where new ways of designing go hand-in-hand with a structured and holistic approach
- Taking part in building customer relationships and making sure project deliverables have the acquired competence requirements

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering, Architect or B.Sc. Architectural Technology and Construction Management – or the like
- A demonstrated record of experience in managing cross disciplinary design teams, e.g. Design Management or Project Management
- Experience from pharma, biotechnology or healthcare industries are preferred
- Profound knowledge of ABR/AB18 regulations
- You speak and write Danish and English
