The Retention & Customer Success Department plays a vital role in our goal to help customers in new an inspired ways. By staying in touch with our customers, and constantly being aware of their goals and progress their use of our platform our Retention & Customer Success Department helps us deliver an easy and connected experience for each customer.
Responsibilities
- Planning and onboarding process
- Customer segmentation
- Execution on a customer success plan
- Using metrics to measure customer experience and make sure they are getting value of the platform.
- Reduce churn and thrive revenue, identify new opportunities with assignet accounts and ensure growth attainment at each account.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to continuosly improve customer experience.
To get most possible succes in this role, we expect you to
- Be naturally empathetic and able to actively listen to customers and empathizing with them.
- Be strong communicator with a positive mindset, learning from experience, staying motivated and keeping customers motivated.
- Have cognitive flexibility, meaning being able to adapt your behavior to new and unexpected situations and being capable of considering multiple aspects of a situation at once.
- Have exceptional technical, analytic, organizational and presentation skills.
- Have problem solving skills and ability to anticipate problems and figure out potential solutions.
- Have a drive to push ahead, finding new initiatives and learning new things.
- Have a hihg level of commitment and sense of responsibility.
- Have minmum 3 years' experience in Customer Success or Retention.
- Have experience owning retention, churn rate, ad upsells.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
