Are you passionate about Facility Management? Then we have an exciting job for you. NNE is looking for a Manager for our Facility Management team. We offer you the opportunity to work in the leading pharma engineering company in Denmark. You will be challenged professionally and even more importantly you will have dynamic interaction with all our great colleagues and suppliers every day. Facility Management is responsible for managing and maintain NNE’s buildings, technical installations, cleaning services, canteens, reception, Print Center and in general all in-house soft and hard FM services in close cooperation with our suppliers. We have focus on sustainable and safe facilities and being a trusted partner to the organization so our colleagues can focus on their core business. You will be Manager for a dedicated team that provides FM services and Prints for all NNE sites in the Danish organization in Virum, Måløv and Kalundborg. Your primary workplace will be at our headquarter located in Virum and it is expected that you visit the other NNE DK sites bi-weekly. As Manager of the Facility Management team, including the Print Center, you will be responsible for 5 dedicated employees.

How you might spend your days
As a Facility Manager, your main tasks & responsibilities will be:
- All facility services, including our Print Center, in Virum (headquarter), Kalundborg and Måløv.
- Ensure development, high performance and engagement of the team.
- Contract management (both FM and Print Center).
- Responsible for the FM strategy to be implemented and fulfilled in the team.
- Prepare FM’s budget and monthly closing.
- Ensuring a safe office environment that fosters innovation and focus on sustainability.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- 7-10 years of experience from a similar position.
- Solid experience and skills within procurement and contract negotiation.
- Problem solving and identifying areas of improvement.
- Familiar with the MS Office package and curios about getting to know other systems and tools.
- You live in Denmark and are fluent in written and verbal Danish and English. The job requires a valid DK driver’s license B and a valid Danish work permit.
- Experience working with numbers and financial figures.
