Would you like to develop and execute the communication and change strategy for one of our greatest digital programmes? Would you like drive the communication and change management of the digital transformation across the value chain? Novo Nordisk is on a digitalisation journey with the aim of leveraging our current SAP solution, while preparing for our future SAP S/4 HANA platform. Our ambition is to leverage new technology by designing and implement scalable enterprise solutions that are simplifying processes and creating better transparency of our data. The job We are looking for a Senior Communication & Change Manager that can develop and execute the communication and change management strategy for our next generation ERP platform with SAP S/4HANA. The role entails a broad range of communication and training tasks both strategically and operationally where you will work towards the global line of business across the value chain, senior management and functional expert across areas.
You are expected to engage with our colleagues across different medias as social platforms, livestreams, townhalls, training videos, internal homepages, E-learnings, management meetings and traditional emails etc.
We are further looking for a senior communication lead that is a thought leader within communication who understand the balancing act of shaping communication effectively to colleagues across functionalities and level of experience.
You should expect to set direction for more junior colleagues, assisting you with the execution of the communication strategy. Similarly, you are expected to be able to define and scope our Programme Change Management- and Training Strategy, covering frameworks, approaches, planning, and execution of these. About the department As Senior Communication and Change Manager, you will be anchored in the project management office (PMO) of the SAP S/4 HANA programme working up against the Director of the PMO of the SAP S/4HANA Programme. The PMO is a cross organisational unit with members across the value chain primarily within IT, Finance and Production. You will report to the head of the Digital Finance and Architecture department, that is part of Novo Nordisk Finance and Compliance and is responsible for the financial reporting and compliance and driving digital transformation. Digital Finance and Architecture is a young and ambitious team located in our offices in Copenhagen area, Denmark We invest significant resources in developing our employees through close sparring, frequent feedback and by giving challenging tasks and a high degree of responsibility. Qualifications As Senior Communication and Change Manager for our SAP S/4HANA Programme , we expect you to meet the following: Degree in Communication, Strategy, Business administration Minimum 5-7 years of experience with communication and change combined with industry experience. Experience with IT projects Experience with Enterprise change management strategies and communication plans Extensive experience with a broad variety of communication platforms (SoMe, Studios, Events, Intra-net etc. Action oriented with a “do what it takes” mindset and positive attitude Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders with a commitment to quality and customer focus mindset Ability to lead a project in the development and implementation of processes and programs Adept at identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement Ability to utilize knowledge of the project management cycle, including stakeholder analysis, change management, execution and analysis to ensure the successful completion of projects Manage ambiguity and learn quickly when facing new challenges Excellent verbal and written communication both in informal and presentation setting Strong skills in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint As a person, you can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, follow up in a proactive and timely manner acting with strong strategic and analytical skills.
You have a high degree of independence, high-quality mind set, and can maintain an overview also under time pressure.
