If so, apply for this Student Assistant position in BRD Manufacturing Development and join our team in the BRD Manufacturing Development department at Novo Nordisk! The position In BRD Manufacturing Development, we are responsible for supporting our production facilities and the ongoing optimization of our many processes. In this position, you will be supporting our project managers and engineers with projects across Novo Nordisk sites. We will provide you an insight into the complexity of pharmaceutical production and cGMP (current good manufacturing practice). On the shop floor, you will be contributing to the development of maintenance procedures, automation design, and change management. As a member of our team, developing AR processes for complex maintenance, designing solution iterations that will be showcased directly to end users, and ensuring an effective handover and implementation to our internal stakeholders will be some of your daily tasks. There will be plenty of other student co-workers for you to discuss and spar with. Working hours are flexible, which varies from 16 to 24 hours per week. Qualifications Ideally, you are currently studying for a Master’s degree in IT, Human Computer Interaction, Learning & Development, Engineering, or other relevant areas, where you have a strong focus on developing 3D modules and augmented reality.
  • Knowledge or experience with at least one of the following areas can be an advantage: Blender, SolidWorks, UNITY, Strong grasp of UXD, Interaction Design and/or Design Thinking
  • Able to drive a project from idea to implementation and when facing challenges, you know how to ask for help
  • Keen to utilize the resources in your team to solve difficult problems together
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. As a big part of your role will be in production, it will be beneficial if you also understand Danish.
  • You find it natural to work closely together with the end users and understand the value of spending time to understand their needs. About the department You will be part of the Digital & Projects Students team within our Manufacturing Development area. The main responsibilities of the team are supporting and optimizing all parts of the production, using robotics, IT, data, and lean, from the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, all the way through packaging to finished products. We are currently on a journey towards becoming even more data-driven in this role and are looking for the next technological solutions for our production processes.
