We are looking for a Security and Compliance Specialist who can assess and improve our current security architecture, thereby evolving the security landscape and be a lead on setting the right security standards. We are focused on enabling our colleagues and maintaining a strong backend. You will help us ensure that our digital solutions, technologies, and platforms enable business success securely and compliant.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and documenting security and compliance initiatives. This includes monitoring and identifying risks and vulnerabilities across IT systems. Specifically, we expect you to:
• Participate in upgrading Apps, network and infrastructure. including security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, 3rd party code scanning, authentication, security logging i.e.
• Identify and evaluate data processing activities and take protective actions including liaising with 3rd party that process data
• Implement and maintain security controls across our technology stack and mature a high level of DevSecOps.
• Mature a strong risk culture through communication on security best practices and GDPR.
• Advisory to all colleagues on security and compliance questions including GDPR.

We are looking for

You have a high self-drive and thrive in a dynamic environment with ambitions to deliver outstanding results. You are comfortable taking on challenges that come your way, have a keen appetite for diving into problems, finding the solution and then document it.
You have a minimum of 3 years' experience with security solutions from a digital first company and have worked several years with compliance and GDPR. Technically, you preferably have experience with
• Windows (all versions)
• Microsoft 365
• Azure Cloud
• Risk management
• GDPR documentation
• Agile (SCRUM)
• Power BI

You will be based in our Svendborg office combined with remote work
