You will join our Global Center of Expertise Talent Management department As our new Sr Talent Management Consultant you will be part of the CoE of Global Talent Management Team. You will join a passionate and diverse team who puts the customer and business needs as a priority in everything we do. The team is located in the head office in Copenhagen, but this position is not tied to a specific location, you can work remotely. In the Talent Management team, we work closely together and always lend a helping hand or act as sparring partners when we develop global Talent Management initiatives. Your day to day will be highly varied as we are always looking for New Talent Management Solutions, supporting our diverse group of stakeholders. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Develop and implement our new internal global Employee Listening and Engagement approach, by using a variety of listening initiatives – all to enable us to better understand the moments that matter most for our people Identify opportunities for frequent and actionable feedback through multiple channels and scalable approaches, in order to improve our employee experience and increase engagement Work closely with colleagues across HR and other functions, such as Data Analytics and Communications Collect insights to continuously improve and identify opportunities for listening to our people and drive HR and business decisions, while always acting as ambassador for the employee Analyse and translate data into accessible, tangible, and actionable insights to the appropriate audiences Communicate and engage with key stakeholders to ensure we continuously improve our ways of listening Support and engage in other Talent Management processes such as Succession planning, Performance Management and Career Development Your starting point for constant growth From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is: Bachelor or master’s degree within Business Administration, HR or Psychology Strong experience working in Global HR or a similar function Strong experience in driving global Talent Management initiatives e.g Career development, Succession planning, Talent review, Performance management Extensive experience in working with Employee Engagement or Listening Programmes, such as Engagement Surveys Excellent stakeholder management skills Superior communication skills and fluent in English Strong strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights from data and develop clear recommendations Ideally you have experience working in a global matrix understanding and within a consulting business Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: You are a team-player and find it easy to navigate with stakeholders on different levels in a global context.
