We are looking for a Senior Clinical Research Manager with a background in dental research to develop innovative dental solutions. Become part of a highly engaged, social, and international team and join us to further improve the lives of dental professionals and patients.The roleAs part of the Clinical Research team, your responsibilities will be to plan and coordinate clinical activities contributing to development and validation of automatized software solutions for dental applications. You will also drive processes and best practices in clinical research.With your deep insights into dental research, you will guide our product development. Through a network of dental professionals and researchers you will understand the end-user needs and use this to shape our solutions. Our external collaborations will allow you to publish high class research occasionally.This position calls for a communicative person who cares about people and builds good connections. As an experienced colleague, you will drive and coordinate collaboration with internal and external teams. You will be part of a fast-changing environment and will coordinate several complex activities in parallel. You will work closely with software and hardware development teams, regulatory affairs, and product management.The job will include travel for a few weeks per year. The Clinical Research team currently consists of 5 full-time employees and 2 student assistants from 5 different countries of origin. We communicate openly and enjoy each other’s company. You will report directly to the Head of Research in R&D.Your profileOn a professional level:
  • A degree in dentistry or similar, holding a PhD
  • Experience in dental research with an excellent scientific track record, potentially experience from an assistant or associate professor position
  • Experience with people management
  • You have a good technical understanding and enjoy working multi-disciplinary, experience with digital dentistry is an advantage
  • Experience with conducting clinical studies including study design, ethical approval application and statistical analysis
