The position Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Run monthly tactical capacity plan. Identify capacity imbalances, verify raw materials available with the Central Raw Material Planners, create supply scenarios Implement capacity planning actions with production areas and function as a sparring partner to the production areas. Follow up on Supply Planning KPIs (e.g., plan adherence) Close work with Local Schedulers for changes in actuals impacting the operational horizon and handover of the operational plan to factory execution Understand and maintain data in OMP. Run simulation and understand and translate data into meaningful business recommendations. Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks. A day could look like this; You start the day by following up on emails from both master data stewards and factories. You give a call to one of the factories to align on some assumption needed for scenario planning cases you are preparing together with Supply chain Partner & S&OP Partner. With the updated assumptions you prepare a few analyses before presenting them in a meeting in the afternoon to your working group. Afterwards, you calculate the impact of an alternative planning scenario and finalise the analysis with clear recommendations to management. You will be a single point of contact between the production areas and the supply chain team. Your insights will support senior management in their decisions, and you will be able to develop a broad network across the organisation. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have: Experience in Data Science, Supply chain, Finance, Business management, or a related field Experience in stakeholder management in large organisations and you are motivated by establishing something new, where there will be many learnings Experience in tools like SAP or OMP and a flair for learning new systems Proficiency in English It would be an advantage if you have experience in supply chain or production planning processes, preferably in the pharma industry. It would also be an advantage to have experience in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
