Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our IT Architecture & Technology Governance department in Global ITAs our new Business Analyst, you will play a global strategic role delivering new IT solutions offered to Ramboll’s global business units. Your work will help improve and grow our tech-enabled consultancy business through fit-for-purpose solutions. You will be part of a small but growing team working out of the headquarter in Copenhagen. We have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction. The IT Architecture department consists of Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Change & Configuration Managers and Business Analysts.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Managing stakeholders and their expectations, advising them on the right solutions in correspondence with the business strategic objectives and technology strategyCollaborating closely with business, process and system owners, advising them on the IT landscape, roadmaps and best practicesTake lead in the initial high-level detailed analysis and design phase of global projectsGathering and documenting business requirements in global projects, translating user needs into functional specifications, user journeys and detailed work tasksDeveloping the project brief (including project plan and efforts for the detailed analysis and design phase, business case development and handover to PM)Taking an active part in vendor selections, leading workshops and interviewsWorking closely with IT security, project managers and other IT departments to ensure compliance and alignmentRelaying and communicating requirements to external collaborators and senior managementValidating solutions through technical test plans and through facilitation of UAT workshops with end usersSupporting the full project lifecycle: From project initiation to prioritization of requirements and development tasks, to test management and deliveryContributing to our IT strategy, underlying strategic initiatives and roadmapYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
