Then you might be our new Supply Chain Quality Partner, we’re looking for you to join our team! The position As a Supply Chain Quality Partner, you will be responsible for our quality in BRD operational planning. You will secure stable production through efficient planning for existing and new products. You will be in charge of improving our training culture in order to ensure our products reach our customers in the right quality. This will be done in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within the Novo Nordisk Supply Chain organisation and production. As a Supply Chain Partner, your primary tasks will include: Quality responsible for a product portfolio / value chain Clear and constructive alignment and direction-setting with stakeholders in the supply chain and production. Making analyses to highlight supply risk that will support decision making. Define and optimise processes in the supply chain and support cross-functional and cross-departmental optimisations You will be responsible for ensuring full alignment across the supply chain by clearly communicating your plans and analyses to decision makers at different levels in the organisation. You are comfortable making decisions and being challenged by senior stakeholders in matters of supply chain prioritisations. Qualifications You are educated within M.Sc. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant educational background. 3-5 years of experience within supply chain management. Experience from the pharmaceutical company is seen as an advantage. You have an analytical and structured approach to problem solving. You are not afraid of complex issues and have a problem-solving approach You have strong stakeholder management skills Proficiency at a business level in both spoken/written English and Danish As a person, you are self-leading and eager to investigate and challenge the obstacles you meet. You are expected to be proactive and involve relevant stakeholder. The position offers high freedom to operate and decision-making power within the area of your responsibility. About the department Supply Chain (SC) is an area within Product Supply that supports all Novo Nordisk A/S global production sites in supplying the best Supply Chain Processes, systems, and data to support them in the smooth execution of their daily operations. We’re having responsibility for identifying and executing strategic supply chain projects in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a part of the Biotech & Rare Disease Planning team with 13 highly engaged colleagues. This position is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a highly dynamic planning team and gain a thorough understanding of the production setup and product portfolio.
