Therefore, we are looking for an Cyber Security Engineer to join our Information Security team.
With direct reference to our Head of Information Security, you will be working in the intersection between Security, IT, Production Technology and Operation in our factories. You can expect 3 dedicated colleagues in your nearest team, and you will become part of Kamstrup’s tech-savvy security knowledge-sharing community with 20+ equal-minded colleagues.
A job focused on cybersecurity in the OT environment
As Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cyber and information security in our production equipment and the supporting IT infrastructure in the factories, meets current and future demands. Therefore, your key task will be to bridge the information security policies into the OT environment and hence act as a sparring partner across the organisation.
More specifically, you will be:
In this position, you can expect around 5-10 travel days per year.
Personality matters
We are looking for a talented Cybersecurity Engineer, who brings a relevant and broad IT background. We imagine that you have an educational background within IT, but it is not essential. If you are not already working with cybersecurity in the field of operational technology, we are ready to invest in developing your capabilities. Experience with some of following areas is an advantage:
As a person, you can author technical and non-technical documents for varying audiences, from technical automation personnel, to senior security, or operations personnel. You are ambitious and have a structured and analytical approach to finding our security breaches. You take initiative and have the courage to challenge status quo, when it makes sense. You thrive in a complex organization, and your communication skills enable you to navigate successfully with many stakeholders, deadlines, and timelines.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently. Danish is an advantage.

- Coordinating cybersecurity risk management in the OT environment
- Performing risk and compliance assessments
- Coordinating production IT and OT security tasks
- Implementing relevant IEC 62443 security framework for production environments
- Participating in designing cybersecurity into production equipment
- Maintaining relevant IT/OT security processes and policies
