We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for our projects covering our Novo Nordisk site in Hillerød, as part of our Project Management Office (PMO). You will be working with close collaboration towards professionals and stakeholders on the site. We’re looking for you whom have a strong drive and energy towards projects that can vary from construction to more IT and automation type of projects, with a strong mindset towards problem solving and collaboration with professionals in the field. Whether you’re newly graduated or have a few years of experience with supporting or participating in projects, our priority is finding a person with the aspirations of learning about project management.

The position
As our new Junior Project Manager, you will be supporting our Senior Project Manager in tasks and project activities related to our different projects. We have several projects ongoing simultaneously on the site, focused on expanding our site and facilities.
You will work in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager and will have individual tasks that you are responsible of. Typically, you will be assisting with ad hoc tasks related to planning, cost follow up and presentations.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on all related tasks and processes associated with scope, schedule, resources, cost and project risk. As a natural part of your tasks, you will be in close dialogue with the other Project Managers, as well as external contributors.
There will be support and focus on building your project management competences, and we are expecting a dedication to learn, evolve and receive feedback.
Qualifications
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher academic education within business administration, construction, pharmaceutical or similar. Experience from a GMP environment will be an advantage.
• Fluent, spoken, and written in Danish and English with excellent communication skills.
• It will be a benefit if you have experience with project management, and we expect that you are motivated by working in a project culture and develop your project management skills.
On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. You have a good balance of technical understanding in combination with people- and administrative skills. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a team player, and you quickly build strong working relationships. You can work alongside other PMs and be supportive, helpful, and proactive. About the department
You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious PMO, where our more than 30 Project Managers and Senior Project Managers execute a variety of projects across our production site within Injectable Finished Products (IFP)
You will be allocated to the large expansion projects that has just started at our site, and as the nature of projects you will be working with collaborators from the whole organisation.
The IFP Hillerød site is the last step before our patients receive the products from Novo Nordisk, so manufacturing is our passion. In PMO we combine manufacturing with a dedication to good project management.
We work primarily waterfall project management with elements of agile methods – all of this we will introduce to you.
