Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the supply of a broad range of categories of materials for moulding, assembly, and packaging in close collaboration with our other project purchaser. The span of materials is wide, comprising pens, components, granules, and master batches for production and development projects. As a project purchaser, your tasks will include, placing orders for production, following up on existing orders, creating master data for new items, and invoicing. Preparing purchasing forecasts as well as supply chain forecasts and following up on supply performance will be part of your responsibility. You will also be trained to handle the dept. deviations and be part of various optimisation projects. The position is located at Hillerød, Denmark Qualifications
You hold at least a relevant bachelor’s degree, such as in supply chain management or engineering. Preferably, you have 3-4 years of relevant work experience in purchasing or logistics within a multinational organisation. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; preferably, you also speak Danish. You have excellent communication skills, as the job requires you to interact with stakeholders all over Novo Nordisk and with suppliers worldwide. You are an experienced user of Excel, and you have a flair for using and learning new IT systems. Experience with SAP E1P ECC is an advantage. You face challenges with a positive and open mindset to find the best solution in collaboration with your stakeholders. Furthermore, you can make independent decisions and navigate in a complex regulatory environment. About the department
The unit Device Manufacturing Department (DMD) is a project organisation with more than 400 engaged employees who all strive to become the best manufacturing and development partner of medical devices. Our dedication is to build superior quality into device products. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse development projects and bring them fast to the market. You will be part of DMD Pilot Operations, and we are responsible for the introduction of new products and bringing findings from DDS to an actual production level. We manage the entire supply chain process for purchasing, planning, and warehousing, including project support. A unique feature for a Novo Nordisk production facility as our pilot plant handles production processes within moulding, assembly, and packaging. Working at Novo Nordisk
