Are you ready to lead our Digital Marketing journey?

We offer


As part of our Marketing team, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing across all our digital platforms and channels. The role is a key position that will intersect across the business divisions, technology teams and our customers to support the delivery of our digital and commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities


• Plan and execute targeted digital marketing activities in accordance to brand and division priorities.
• Lead our activities in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and website campaigns
• Design, deliver and maintain our social media presence
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies utilsing digital tools across both B2B and B2C client base.
• Assess our performance in digital marketing campaigns, and assess then evolve against agreed metric
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, increasing our B2C attraction and conversion
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

We are looking for


We are looking for a person with an education in Marketing and a passion for all things digital, a stakeholder to challenge our thinking and be part of delivering the next phase of the Maersk Training. Professional experience and previous lessons learned will be an advantage especially in regard to utilsing digital platforms across diverse levels of industry and market engagement. The key point is that you are highly motivated anticipate that combined with your appropriate level of hands-on experience you bring with you the following:

• Must be self-driven, energetic and excited to strive for results
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage and align with stakeholders
• A marketing toolbox, with experience in design tools and preferably experience with CMS solutions
• Creative problem solving, a track record of innovating solutions to traditional problems
• A structured way of working, showing attention to detail
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
