Business focused Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a strong digital marketing specialist in a refocused role. In the role you will be 100% responsible for the RENO brands in Denmark and Scandinavia and plan and direct our digital marketing efforts towards the Danish, Norwegian and Swedish distributors and customers. At the same time, you are part of the Atlas Copco Group and collaborate internationally with colleagues in Italy and Belgium. You will report directly to the General Manager. Depending on your preferences you can choose between our offices in Egå by Aarhus or in Thyregod by Give to be your primary location. If based in Egå, please expect to work in Thyregod regularly. If based in one of any locations, please expect we work in the other premise regularly.
RENO is a mid-sized company of 60 employees, and we need a strong marketing professional with experience with digital. In the role you will plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. It would be preferred if you have a thorough understanding of SEO, web analytics, Social Media and good knowledge of graphic design, and understanding of digital communications. You will be in charge of ensuring all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by you with the management. An important part of this will be driving lead generation from campaigns and work alongside the sales team to track and grow the pipeline.
Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing a digital marketing plan, campaigns for products and services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.), as well as create and continuously improve and update the content on the website and publish regular news for customers. You will, in collaboration with managers, prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenses and furthermore be the owner of the company’s social media accounts. You will be responsible for supporting the E- commerce processes and reporting and be a lead generation champion. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures and be excited to raise brand awareness. You have experience with seeing all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics. Furthermore, you have proven experience in marketing, as a digitalization specialist, or similar role. It will be an advantage to have experience from an international organization.
As a basic prerequisite for the role, you are a competent user of various IT packages, such as databases, website content management, and reporting systems, Microsoft Office, and are eager to learn new IT technologies when needed. Danish and English in a fluent level is a must.

Other elements of the job are to:
- Liaise with corporate communication teams in the Division to ensure updated information is available
- Coordinate advertising, promotions, customer days and other related events
- Work in InDesign to create brochures, catalogues, and other marketing materials
- Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns using our various communication channels
- Track and prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing programs (website analytics, reporting on marketing efforts) and report on these to management
- Ensure regular, consistent, and inspiring communication both online and offline
- Set-up and coordinate point of sale materials
- Assist with planning and administration of events, hospitality, exhibitions, and trade shows with regard to point of sales materials, logistics and attendance lists
