Become part of our Internal Sales Advisor Team for the Water Division

With direct reference to our Head of Internal Sales in the Water Division, you will function as valuable advisor to our customers regarding product-technical questions and coordination of sales across Denmark as well as acting as internal sparring partners across the local and global organization. A job with a focus on technical sales and customer counseling
As our new Internal Sales Advisor your job will be centered around supporting the distribution and sales of our water meters on the Danish market. In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will advise our Danish customers on technical product related questions, which includes both our meters and software solutions. You will follow the customer throughout the whole customer journey, from discovering customer needs, making an offer, to handling the order and final delivery - with the ambition of securing a high quality and successful customer experience.

More specifically, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Counselling and sales of water products to new and existing customers on the Danish Market
  • Being a partner to new and existing customers, ensuring the customer journey, by keeping an overview of the entire process, from order to delivery
  • Working with both external and internal stakeholders to make sure that we are always able to deliver the best solutions for our customers
  • Being responsible for daily operations including customer dialogues and collecting data for our CRM-system

In the department we have built up a high level of technical knowledge about our products and solutions, and we prioritize collaboration across countries internally in Kamstrup. Therefore, a secondary part of the job will consist of supporting and advising your colleagues with questions regarding product information, order handling and shipping.

Personality matters
We are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor with a combined technical and commercial focus, founded on a background in Engineering, Global Business Engineering, Energy Technology or similar. Whether you have experience from a similar position or are newly educated is not essential. However, it is central that you have a technical foundation and interest, which gives you the competencies to advise on technical customer matters.

You describe yourself as positive and outgoing, you get energy from meeting others and creating new strong relationships is easy for you. Therefore, you enjoy working with a lot of different points of contact, with both customers and internal partners. You are well structured, and others can rely on you fulfilling the tasks you have agreed to, and you get motivated by completing the tasks. You get inspired by the challenge of finding the best products and solutions to create customer value and thrive when you find the right combination through excellent service and co-operation.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in Danish and English, both in oral and written form. Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
