Join Commissioning Denmark
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join 15 other project managers in Commissioning Denmark. As part of Global Operations, our team is
responsible for new machine commissioning projects, initiated either by R&D innovation projects or by an increased demand for existing
products. You will work with large cross-functional and international project teams as you run highly complex projects with high business impact.

people with intimate healthcare needs around the world,”

Drive complex machine commissioning projects
With support from the project owner, you manage complex machine commissioning projects with a duration of approximately one year.
Specifically, you ensure completion of project steps such as:

• Building business cases
• Defining machine and URS, developing concept and design, getting quotations and selecting suppliers
• Managing FAT/SAT testing, validation and handover to ramp-up.

Managing the project budget, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that project documentation meets legal legislation and Coloplast guidelines
• Effectively managing project risks through mitigation planning
• Reporting status, KPIs, risks and challenges to management

Experienced project manager with excellent stakeholder management skills
You are results-oriented and always meet your deadlines because you are ready to walk the extra mile when necessary. You enjoy working with
a very wide and international network of stakeholders in a vibrant, high-paced environment. In addition, we look for:

• Extensive project management experience – it is a plus if you have experience with Project Online
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• An MSc in engineering or a similar field which has given you a good technical understanding of the machines we commission
• Solid communication skills and fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40 days per year to suppliers and production sites
