Vestas Global Reward is in charge of all global policies and processes within the area of reward. We govern and handle the execution of compensation including being responsible for the global processes, analysis and data within compensation and benefits.
We work in a global and strategic context ensuring the frameworks and governance that enable Vestas to attract and retain employees and to be a competitive and responsible employer. To ensure the right frameworks and governance we use a methodical and holistic approach to design, develop and implement programmes and processes within the compensation and benefits area; including incentives, position and organisational evaluation, costs scenarios, projects with insured and other employee benefits. We also advise and approve on decisions regarding compensation across the organisation with the use of internal and external benchmarks and detailed data analysis.
The Global Reward team consists of 6 employees placed in Denmark, the US and India. Besides the Global Reward team, you will also be in close collaboration with stakeholders in Finance, People & Culture (P&C), and regional and local experts.   • Collect, validate, report and analyse compensation and benefits data in collaboration with stakeholders in the business, Finance and P&C for the annual budget process and ad hoc analysis and requests
  • Administration and execution of Vestas share incentive programme including data preparation, system maintenance, communication with participants, reporting to tax and payroll, alignment and ad hoc tasks with internal stakeholders from corporate tax, financial reporting, treasury and others
  • Support execution of Vestas global bonus programme, including data validation & payout process, reporting, analysis and system maintenance
  • Carry out ongoing processes on patent awards, anniversary and other ad hoc reward tasks
  • Actively perform analytics of compensation data internally and compared to the external benchmarks
  • Present analytical insights to P&C colleagues and business stakeholders


  • Master business degree in Finance, Business or similar
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Experienced user of Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytical Cloud, BI or SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Experience with the compensation area is an advantage
