IT Support Engineer (1st level MES support)

NNE’s Customer Service department provides support to Automation and Manufacturing IT solutions for pharma and biotech industries.

NNE is looking for a IT Support Engineer to strengthen our Service Desk and on-site support. You will join a team of approx. 20-25 skilled and dedicated colleagues in our Customer Service department, providing support and engineering services to a wide range of customers, using the ITIL framework as basis for our work and procedures.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Within NNE Customer Service you will be part of the Service Delivery Team with 12 Service Engineers. As an IT Support Engineer, you will - together with the rest of the support team – translate business and process knowledge into 1st class customer support.

Your main tasks

  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards our global customers
  • Support IT systems (PAS-X) in manufacturing environments
  • Plan and coordinate your own tasks
  • Document gained knowledge (KCS)
  • Participate in smaller projects at Customer sites
  • Provide high quality and best possible service to ensure Customer satisfaction
  • Improve or create processes and share new ideas

We value the right mind-set and a creative approach towards problem solving. Furthermore, we expect you to:

  • Have 3 years of experience from an IT support role with customer focus, or you hold a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Engineering
  • Have a strong technical insight and you have a sound curiosity for finding solutions to technical problems
  • Be analytic, systematic but yet agile and have a creative approach towards problem solving
  • Pay attention to details, as accurate documentation is an essential part of working in the GXP environment
  • Have flair and Interest for IT support

Experience with ITIL is preferred, but not a requirement.

Proficiency in Danish and English is required, both written and spoken.

You hold a driver’s license as you will be traveling between sites on Sjælland, DK.
