About the department
Document Control and Training in Novo Nordisk Quality is responsible for ensuring that our global processes for documentation and job specific training are user-friendly, developed to support the business, digitally optimised and in compliance with external requirements. Our ambition is to implement initiatives and projects which ensures a robust and simple quality management system, supporting Novo Nordisk in maintaining world class quality in the future.

The team you join consists of eight highly competent and experienced colleagues with skills ranging from process expertise, OCM and communication as well as project management. In the team we strive for operational excellence via a relentless focus on stakeholders’ needs, a strength-based cooperation and an environment where everybody help and inspire each other to succeed and develop.

The position
You will play a key role in both operating current business processes and associated IT-systems as well as helping with suggesting, designing and implementing process improvements. This includes close collaboration with stakeholders from the entire company across the value chain and the ability to deeply understand global and local processes while being able to subtract the essence.

Some of your key activities will be:

  • Administration of training and documentation processes across areas in Novo Nordisk Quality
  • Administration of global quality training across Novo Nordisk
  • Drive and optimise our document distribution model
  • Drive and optimise our training administration model
  • Data analysis and modelling to support process optimisation
  • Independently drive improvement projects
  • Support operational roll-out, support and communication to end-users

We also expect you to be able to effectively communicate how adjustments of processes and changes affect the different stakeholders at Novo Nordisk.

Qualification

You might have a background in business, analytics, or the like maybe combined with a few years of experience from a similar role in a global company. You have solid interest in business processes and IT system development. Your experiences allow you to turn complex matters into simple solutions. As a person you are result-oriented, structured and your commitment is catching. You have a high level of drive and initiative. Structure, organisational skills and an ability to manage deadlines and priorities will help you. You have a broad overview and sense of details.
