Equipment Software Technician

We are looking for a technician who will join our Equipment Software Team (EQS) located in Søborg, Denmark. The EQS team is responsible for our decentralized equipment, seen from both software and hardware perspective.

Your future work activities

  • Conduct technical investigations into both equipment and software anomalies on test environments and production, liaising with software developers when required.
  • Planning and deploying software releases on Rejsekort equipment in test and production platforms (equipment in busses and on train stations
  • Test and verification of software releases and Post Installs
  • Act as technical support for the field technicians and SPOC on Equipment Software related issues (3rd level support)

  • Operation of our Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) tool
  • Technical support for the equipment on test platforms during the test (acceptance test) conducted by the customer
  • Documentation in terms of guides and check lists for our technicians and customers.

Language skills

  • Spoken and written English is a must, spoken and written Danish is seen as an advantage.

Experience and education

  • You might have a technical education as an engineer or technician
  • You have preferably some years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • You might have experience with operating customized hardware and software
  • You might have experience with Windows CE & Linux
  • You might have experience with WIFI and LAN
