Milestone Systems is recruiting an enthusiastic IT ServiceDesk Engineer for our International IT ServiceDesk team based at our headquarters in Copenhagen. We would expect you to live in commuting distance of Greater Copenhagen. The team is very dynamic and with very high trust between the peers.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • The main responsibility is to provide excellent IT support to our users
  • Improve or create processes related to IT service desk, to provide best possible service (you thrive with process and SOP creation)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction – with great empathy and understanding of costumer needs
  • Creation and setup of computers, printers, mobile phones, etc.
  • Handling licenses and maintain software subscriptions etc.
  • Security on client equipment, patch management and AV
  • Conference room setup and maintenance
  • Participation in projects based on the agile method

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • IT education, such as IT-supporter or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years or more experience and you still love to learn new skills, technology and to develop on a personal plan
  • Experience from operational tasks associated with the IT infrastructure will be seen, as a plus but is not a requirement

Preferred personal skills and competencies:

  • Good communicator - creating relationships and can advise and mediate complex contexts
  • Result-oriented - working systematically, structured, and targeted
  • Outgoing - enthusiastic in attitude and finds energy in helping coworkers
  • Passionate - optimize workflows and document these
  • English - both vocally and in writing
  • Technical – Microsoft, Apple OS, SCCM, Office 365, security tools
  • Your personality and experience make you the natural “go to person" in the team
