Shape great solutions for our systems and improve the way we develop software
As our new Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be joining our diverse and talented team which have a proven track record of building stable and scalable cloud-based solutions. Through your proven record of building sustainable software, you’ll be developing and supporting several system integrations and data pipelines. You’ll understand cloud-based solutions and know how to provide software-as-a-service.

In this role, you will develop and maintain application code in one of our product teams and work together with the product owner, data specialists, testers and fellow developers to shape nothing less than great solutions for our systems. Take part and improve the way we develop software, understanding what other teams are doing, helping them and taking action when you see space for improvements.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Integrate to external solutions (Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics, …)
  • Integrate to data storage solutions (Cosmos DB, SQL Server, …)
  • Implement and improve monitoring and alerting

Self-driven, creative and passionate about building software
You might be the person we are looking for if you’re a self-driven, equally capable of working independently and within the team, creative, inquisitive individual possessing lots of drive, aiming to join a team of skilled colleagues, whom you can inspire, and who can inspire you towards delivering a world class product. Finally, you have a natural interest and passion for building software.

We imagine that you have an educational background within Computer Science, IT or Engineering. You should thrive working in an iterative development process, being a strong, independent problem-solver and be proud of what you deliver to end users.

We expect from you:

  • Minimum 5 year of hands-on experience in a web development environment
  • Knowledge of fundamental software design patterns, 12 factor methodology, SOLID principles
  • Proficient in C# with a good knowledge of the .NET and Core frameworks
  • Proficient in Node.JS or similar platforms, JavaScript and TypeScript development with a good knowledge of one of the modern web application frameworks, i.e. Angular, Vue or React
  • Experience with the Azure cloud platform: DataLake, API Management, Web Apps, Azure Functions, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of database design and management, SQL knowledgeable
  • Familiarity of distributed systems (e.g. partitioning, replication, consistency, and consensus)
  • Experience within synthetic, load, unit testing, TDD
  • Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems

Highly desirable, but not necessary:

  • Experience within the marketing technology products, such as email campaign platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, etc.
  • Experience within the SalesForce products
  • Experience at all seven DevOps levels
