We are looking for Customer Solutions Architects in Copenhagen who are focused on becoming a trusted advisor for our clients and supporting them in their digital transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities
You have an excellent understanding of our customers’ business goals, business vision and overall IT landscape. You will be the customer’s trusted advisor and their primary contact when it comes to architectural and technical matters.

You will work closely together with our specialists throughout NNITs global organisation to ensure that all existing commitments are delivered efficiently as per agreement. And you will work internally, externally and with our customers to improve existing services and recommend continued service improvements both for existing and new services.

You will use your communicative skills to translate complex requirements into functional architecture and technical solutions.

Your work assignments include:

  • Provide technical and architectural leadership to internal and customer stakeholders
  • Roadmap creation and presentation to internal and customer stakeholders
  • Customer advice and recommendations on services and technologies in order to support the customer business
  • Consult on and review the design of customer solutions
  • Overall understanding of the customer IT infrastructure as well as the NNIT service portfolio and reference architecture
  • Support Operations with customer specific knowledge
  • Actively support solving of operational challenges in the customer environment
  • Support Problem Managers from a customer holistic perspective
  • Advise on and lead life cycle management related topics
  • Support life cycle management
  • Pre-sales support in the form of architectural designs and scope of a lead including supporting the architectural and technical part of the contract
  • Monthly reporting for the agreed KPIs

You will join our demand units
Our Customer Solutions Architects are part of our demand units which also include our Delivery Management and Sales Function. You will be joining our dedicated customer team and be part of a team of architects.

Together with the other architects and Delivery Managers you will be responsible for the holistic delivery to our customers.

We focus on long term relationships both in the team and towards the customer and know that trust and good relations are a cornerstone in our everyday work.

We are more than 30 Customer Solutions Architects globally who are part of the demand units, and though all are organized in customer segments we have a community across these to create a professional and engaging working environment.

Your qualifications and experience
We expect you to hold a relevant degree with supplementary education and 2-5 years of work experience as an e.g. Architect or IT specialist. It is an advantage if you have worked at an IT service provider or large company infrastructure before.

You have broad knowledge of operational technologies such as server, database technologies, hardware, virtualization technology, network and cloud. Hands on experience with technologies is not a must, however it is a definite plus.

You know what it takes to ensure the availability, capacity and continuity of IT operations and you have knowledge and experience working with ITIL practices.

You thrive in a busy, highly professional environment and have a structured and focused approach to your tasks. You make things happen, you are proactive and do not mind taking the initiative and getting your hands dirty.

You can communicate technical issues and you create sound relations with your stakeholders, both external and internal. Last, but not least, you are extrovert and a team player.
