Their Robotic Crawler is ready to expand its market position. It is a robot for the offshore industry, and inspection and decommissioning are currently the biggest strategic areas. The Robotic Crawler System is a product designed with many possibilities for attaching tools and equipment.

SubC offers the opportunity to make a difference within decommissioning and inspection of offshore platforms or wind farms, as the objective for solving projects with the Robotic Crawler is to perform the work without having any personnel subsea.

About the position

SubC is searching for a profile to develop the Robotic Crawler's market position. You will be responsible for the sales strategy and activities; therefore, you need to have strong analytic skills as well as a hands-on approach.

Your area of responsibility will be:

• Continuous development of the sales strategy
• International sales activities with set-off from the North Sea
• Networking with key prospects, customers, and stakeholders
• Contract negotiations

You will be working closely together with the CEO.

You will be the driving force behind all sales activities, be the main contact partner for the customers and build long-term relationships with prospects. It requires communication and interpersonal skills to easily adapt to the audience, and therefore SubC is looking for a strong communicator. Moreover, it is important you have the technical flair it takes to identify business opportunities.

The right candidate for the position also possesses some of the below qualifications:

• Holds a relevant commercial education
• Is able to communicate fluently in English
• Has strong stakeholder management skills
• Has strong negotiation skills
• Has a minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar position

They provide unique products to meet unique challenges, onshore fabrication and engineering services, and offshore project execution. You will be working at the office in Esbjerg with the rest of the team, but some travel activity must be expected – approximately 14 days/year.
