In this position, you will join a global team of experts and work closely with the Senior Vice President, People and Communication. Your primary task will be to develop, drive and implement our HR Digitalization Strategy.

You will help in transforming HR delivery for COWI globally which is currently based on a dispersed HCM landscape to an operating model that we will be building on a single platform with best-of-breed superior user experience for employees, line managers, HR professionals and applicants / candidates.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Drive our HR suite implementation project globally which includes review and redesign of HR processes, organization and application portfolio.
  • Setting up the project organization and governance for delivering the global implementation of system-based solutions and all required integrations on quality/scope, time and budget.
  • Dealing with the change management challenges resulting from the need of cutting back and/or harmonizing current practices for achieving standardization.
  • Supervising project controlling and establishing governance for change requests, etc. and being a champion in innovation, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Setting up and responsible for future set up for maintaining and enhancing the system set up and service delivery in close collaboration with Finance and IT

Furthermore, you shall:

  • Hold a degree in Business Management, HR, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Have 5- 10 years or more work experience in leading and driving HR digitalization and HR Strategy to support digital organizational objectives
  • Strong inclination in exploring various upcoming new age HR Technology solutions like Artificial Intelligence, Digital Skill Acquisition and Talent Search presented across HR Tech forums
  • Strong project manager skills and have experience in managing Service Delivery through one standard platform across different countries.
  • Have experience in Stakeholder Management especially with Global HR Leadership team, Regional HR Heads, HR COEs, other Business Support areas and Business Leaders across functions
  • Have excellent communication skills to influence HR and business leaders towards common solutions (standardization) while maintaining the outside-in approach (customer-orientation)
