Job description and areas of responsibility:
We are looking for an experienced PR Event Manager to support in leading PR & Event strategy and activation. As PR Manager, you will work alongside and support the Global PR Director in developing and driving the planning, creation and activation of all PR campaigns globally and in local markets. The role includes direct responsibilities for managing market communications and cross functional integrated planning.

As PR Event Manager, you will lead the development of the global PR Event Briefs & Guidelines, including Consumer Experiences and Influencer events, focusing on creativity, brand, integrated planning, activation and evaluation, which is part of the overall global marketing campaigns.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Be fully responsible for leading the execution of global PR Events and/or Influencer and Consumer Experiences – including project management of all external and internal stakeholders involved
  • Own the process of gathering all regional and local market events and experiences, in order to keep global alignment, local relevance - and also share great ideas and best practice
  • Partner and collaborate with multiple internal functions, including social, digital, retail, design, CRM and media team – as well as product and design teams – to ensure all activity is aligned
  • Support in all PR listening tools, setting the KPIs and objectives to ensure we can evaluate the value of our influencer investment and ROI
  • Coordinate recaps and evaluation reports, identifying and sharing key learnings, analytics, delivery against KPIs and best practice sharing across all markets
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and the media landscape, focusing on the digital and social sphere, and how our target audience groups are reacting and interacting within

You will report directly to the Global PR Director in Global Group Marketing.

What is needed to succeed:
To succeed as PR Event Manager, we imagine that you have a degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or a related field. Adding to that, you also have excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong communication and project management skills.

Further, we also envision that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years of industry and/or relevant work experience in the field of PR / Marketing / Event management, including minimum 2 years of experience in leading international events for global brands
  • Experience in campaign development and execution at an international level
  • A journalistic mind and professional understanding of an ever-changing media landscape
  • Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by multiple functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel minimum 20 days a year to key markets for PR events, consumer experiences, influencer activations and meetings with external partners.
