As a Market Access Manager in Coloplast, you will be helping individuals all over the world with intimate health care needs gaining access to products that will increase their quality of life by providing crucial input to ensure that our medical products are brought to market to the right people at the right price.

Welcome to Market Access & Health Economics
You will join a Market Access team of 7 people at our HQ in Humlebæk, north of Copenhagen. Together, we work to drive the clinical and health economic standards and develop pricing, reimbursement and funding strategies for Coloplast’s core products.

Want to work with reimbursement strategies and value-based health care?
You will have the opportunity to support products all the way through the value chain by providing strategic input in product development phases as well as assisting colleagues in our subsidiaries in building compelling value argumentation and reimbursement strategies, e.g. in preparation for new product launches.

In order to do so, you will develop a profound insight into local health care and reimbursement systems for selected geographical markets. Specifically, you will:

  • Provide strategic input to product, clinical and health economic evidence design during the product development process
  • Develop tools and health economic arguments to be used for reimbursement applications and in negotiations with payers
  • Monitor reimbursement systems, dynamics and trends globally
  • Support our subsidiaries in local reimbursement and market access activities

Market access specialist with a commercial mindset
You are eager to build your knowledge and expand your insight into the world of health economics and market access. And you are ready to work in an ambitious setting where you must collaborate with colleagues with a broad set of competences, and where not all of them are familiar with health economics.

Lastly, we expect you to:

  • Hold a master’s degree in a related field such as health sciences, health economics or public health
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience withing the field of market access and health economics
  • Be able to translate scientific evidence into compelling value argumentation
  • Bring business acumen as well as the ability to understand and work with quantitative arguments
  • Communicate effortlessly in English, being able to convey health economics argumentation to people outside you field
