Then the open position as Product Manager in our Product Management department, might be the right one for you.

We are looking for a strong analytical marketing profile to manage the Bowel Management portfolio, which plays an important role in our growth strategy. You will be strategic product management responsible and identify and drive key product initiatives to maximize the potential of our portfolio. The role requires a profound skill of managing cross-organizational projects to ensure commercial impact in our subsidiaries globally. You will be working at both strategic and operational level and in close cooperation with the Management Team, our subsidiaries, Marketing, Global Operations and Global R&D.

You will report to the Director Bowel Management, Product Management, Global Marketing.

About the department
Early life-cycle products require a different, more entrepreneurial approach than the more mature categories. We are a passionate and ambitious team working within Bowel Management in Product Management, Global Marketing. The team sets the commercial direction and is responsible for the innovation direction, for leading global product launches and for driving lifecycle management initiatives, maximizing the potential for the Bowel Management business. We all have a high level of interaction across the organization (Subsidiaries, Marketing, Global Operations and Global R&D, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of our priorities.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Drive strategic product and portfolio management for our Bowel Management product range
  • Become end-to-end product responsible, i.e. identify and drive lifecycle projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of competitive product positioning, value drivers and marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing
  • Drive innovation projects, i.e. engage as commercial lead on innovations projects. This responsibility includes setting the commercial ambition, strategic direction for the launches, go-to market strategies, etc.
  • Ensure a strong cooperation with different organizational departments, especially Marketing, Payers & Trade, Global Operations, Global R&D and our local subsidiaries

You most likely have...

  • 2+ years of business experience within Global, Local or Strategic Marketing – ideally both sub and Global experience
  • Experience in product or portfolio management
  • Experience within Health Care, or regulated environment is an advantage
  • Proven track record with product management is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • 20-30 travel days should be expected
