In our headquarters in Humlebæk, the Global Brand Management team ensures that the Wound & Skin Care strategy comes to life in the best possible way through outstanding brands and best-in-class campaigns. We work closely together and collaborate both within the team and with colleagues in our headquarter and in the subsidiaries. Strike the balance between strategy, execution and creative leadership
You will be the key driver of growth for our most important brand in our Wound & Skin Care portfolio. As brand responsible for new product launches in the portfolio, you develop and implement global marketing strategies, launch strategies and marketing toolboxes as well as support local launch plans and execution.

Through active collaboration with subsidiaries, cross-functional teams and advertising agencies, you drive successful marketing initiatives for the Biatain Silicone brand, including brand strategy and campaign development, positioning, claiming, communication, competitor analysis, forecasting, budgeting, etc.

You bring

  • A master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or equally relevant
  • 5+ years of marketing, communication and brand management experience, preferably within the medical industry, FMCG or from an advertising agency
  • Experience with administering budgets, working with forecasts and sales analyses
  • The ability to travel approx. 30-40 days per year to work with subsidiaries and customers
  • Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate efficiently in a multicultural team

You will collaborate closely with many national and international stakeholders and manage a wide variety of processes at any given time. It is therefore vital that you have a can-do attitude, a pragmatic mindset and both a strategic and operational focus. Furthermore, we are looking for a creative streak and the ability to think differently, thus challenging our conventional thinking.
