Join a newly established and passionate team
You will join our newly established Product Management team, and lead our lifecycle product portfolio. At our headquarters in Humlebæk, we are one of the four teams within Global Marketing, Wound & Skin Care. Setting the strategic direction of our launched product portfolio, we drive profitable growth and ensure continuous product support with a high level of interaction across the organization and our subsidiaries worldwide.

Strike the balance between strategy thinking and execution details
As the product manager of our lifecycle product portfolio, you will become the product champion responsible for this product portfolio, which cover many countries globally generating a high proportion of our Wound & Skin Care revenue. Thus, you own the global commercial agenda for your product portfolio, making sure there is a clear strategic direction and high ambition level, proactively thinking about the next initiatives to drive growth.

Moreover, when a product is to be launched in new markets, you act as the project manager, coordinating between relevant teams in delivering successful launches. This will also take you travelling approximately 30-40 days per year to work with subsidiaries and customers.

Experience from product management or marketing
As a person, you are good at prioritization and know how to seek out the information you need– both in terms of getting to know your portfolio but also to learn about competition and market dynamics. Moreover, you are a true team player who know how to work through issues involving the right stakeholders and being sensitive to different cultures.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years of product management or marketing experience, preferably within the MedTech industry
  • A master’s degree in marketing, business or equally relevant
  • A proven track record within development and execution of global and/or local marketing initiatives, ideally a track record of strong product launches
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience within the Wound & Skin Care industry is a clear advantage

You will collaborate closely with many national and international stakeholders and manage a wide variety of processes at any given time. It is therefore vital that you have a pragmatic mindset and both a strategic and operational focus. Furthermore, we are looking for a creative streak and the ability to think differently, thus challenging our conventional thinking.
