Welcome to Consumer Acquisition – a truly global team

Joining Consumer Acquisition at our global HQ in Humlebæk, you will take on a newly estabilshed and imporatant role in our in-house media excellence team. The team consists of 9 dedicated media buying specialists and account managers, and together, we build and execute campaigns and help launch producs and services across the globe.

As a team, we are passionate about making an impact by listening and responding to our markets and the needs of our users. And spanning 20+ markets, we have operations in both Denmark and Poland.

Now we need you to help us take our e-commerce efforts to the next level.

Set the direction for our e-commerce worldwide

As our new senior media and e-commerce manager, you will be stepping into a strategically important role as you help put e-commerce on the agenda. Your main task will be to focus on online acquisitions and to grow our database for retention.

You will be in charge of some of our focus markets and play an important role in developing our global media strategy in terms of launching of new e-commerce solutions. You will drive the strategy and evaluation for paid search and paid social advertising as well as lead the development of new acquisition channels.

In short, your key tasks include:

  • Own, develop and drive the global media strategy for e-commerce
  • Support the local markets in developing their local media strategy for the e-commerce launch
  • Ensure governance and timely deliveries to global and local stakeholders
  • Taking on the role of account lead for some of our focus markets
  • Drive the planning and performance of market-specific projects relevant for our team (e.g. pilots on new channels, new product launches, etc.)
  • Involve early in the development of global campaigns and content for online channels in coordination with Marketing

E-commerce experience, analytically astute and solid project management skills
In this role, you will get to make good use of your excellent communication skills, particularly as you will be working with many stakeholders and need to establish and build solid relationships to maximise media impact and effect. You have a firm grasp of the consumer path and with an analytical approach to the task at hand, you are ready to analyse the data needed to set the direction for our strategies. Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have 3+ years of media manager experience and possess a solid understanding of e-commerce
  • Have previously worked with paid search and social media at a strategic level
  • Have experience with e-commerce tactics from advertising to basket
  • Bring solid project management skills
  • Speak and write English fluently
