Do you want to take the lead in implementing and driving Palsgaards new Sales Excellence Programme, Creating Customer Value, worldwide? In the beginning of 2022, we will kick off our new Sales Excellence Programme, and as our new Sales Excellence and Process Manager, you will work as a change agent across the entire sales organisation to drive operational excellence, compliance, and change management.

You will be part of a high-performing and competent sales team of 120 dedicated colleagues working from 15 sales offices in 17 countries around the world. You will be a vital part of the commercial area reporting directly to CCO, Michael Skriver, and will be working from our headquarter in Juelsminde (DK) with approximately 40+ inspiring travel days a year.

Responsibilities:


  • You develop, implement, and drive our Sales Excellence Programme (Creating Customer Value).
  • You train, coach, and empower our Regional Directors, Sales Directors and general Sales Managers in methods and tools – including on-boarding of new salespeople globally.
  • You drive sales discipline and process improvements through a global best practice scheme to ensure execution excellence and a smooth customer journey (improve customer experience).
  • You work across our entire sales organisation to strengthen the interaction and network around colleagues to achieve a common goal (leading through others).
  • You assess overall data quality and use data analytics as well as customer insights to improve global standards, our next ERP system and processes for sales.

What do you need to apply?

You hold a master’s degree in business administration, economics, organizational management or similar. Furthermore, you have a proven track record working towards commercial excellence in an international company. You have B2B experience in business transformation, coaching and training, strategic sales planning, project management and analytics management - industry experience is a plus, however, not at prerequisite.

You are a self-starter, result-oriented, and capable of working on your own initiative.

You have a flexible way of working with an eye for the final goal and the bigger picture to the more practical details, depending on the situation. You bring a holistic and pragmatic approach to strategic sales excellence, and you have a sound knowledge and understanding of sales processes, IT systems and key performance indicators.

You have excellent communication skills and are proficient in written and spoken English.
