  • Drive and promote organisational cultural transformation through value activation, feedback and diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Constructively challenge behaviours which are contrary to Vestas’s values and culture and promote the right behaviours across the team and Vestas
  • Provide leaders with education and tools to promote a culture of coaching and continuous feedback in their teams
  • Align with Regional Talent and Development partners, and key stakeholders on regional needs and priorities for all the relevant learning matters
  • Contribute actively to the Talent Development Community (Yammer, etc.) in collaboration with the GTLD team, including the tracking, reviewing, and sharing of successful stories from key stakeholders

Qualifications
Passion for learning and development and a strong belief in “never stop learning” is a must. Your academic background is at Masters’ level or similar – the field of your studies could be within social science, psychology, engineering, business administration or another relevant field. You have experience from working with L&D in different cultures in global B2B companies, preferably in global matrix organisations. In addition:

  • Superior communicative, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Strong cultural awareness & openness
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Experience from living abroad (studying/working)
  • Preferably experience from developing and successfully executing L&D strategies in global matrix organisations

Competencies

  • Ability to embrace & promote the Vestas Values of accountability, collaboration, simplicity and passion—the backbone of our culture & ambition to be for a world class employer
  • Curious learner who can collaborate across functions and cultures
