We are looking for a student assistant to join our ambitious and social HR team approximately 15 hours/week. The past year we welcomed close to a hundred new Siteimprovers and as the growth continues and we get busier and busier, we need an extra set of hands to handle the many administrative and practical HR tasks that land on our desk. The tasks are many and varied but will primarily be of administrative nature and occasionally practical tasks related to recruiting events. You will become part of a team consisting of 8 colleagues covering HR operations, recruiting, employer branding and HR partnering and as such you will gain insight into all aspects of HR in a modern, dynamic organization.


As our new HR Assistant, you will be assigned administrative and practical HR tasks including (but not limited to):

  • Handling of employee vacation balances.
  • Maintenance of HR legal documents.
  • Data processing and registrations.
  • Pre-boarding processes.
  • GDPR compliance.
  • Planning of employee on-boarding programs.
  • Event planning, e.g. preparation of name tags, materials, gift bags, etc.
  • Ad hoc HR tasks.

Generally, there will be plenty of opportunity for building upon your HR knowledge and skills!

Who are you?

In addition to being highly organized, detail-oriented and passionate about people and HR, we’d prefer if:

  • You are currently studying a Bachelor’s degree, e.g. Psychology or Communications.
  • You have great communication skills in both Danish and English (both is a requirement).
  • You have excellent organization and planning skills.
  • You are a quick learner and adapt easily to changes.
  • You have respect for the fact that working in an HR team requires a high level of confidentiality.
  • You can work approximately 15 hours/week
