About the job

At Bolia, we love creating beautiful spaces designed to inspire personal growth and boost creativity. What was permanent and formal before is becoming fluid and flexible. It calls for new perspectives on how we conduct our business, how we work, and how we share our creativity.

We will continue making our beautiful designs available to more good people around the world by expanding our business with new stores, new trusted dealers, new e-commerce sales channels, new business areas, and new global partnerships.

You will join a successful, creative, and dynamic design company with positive values and big ambitions. As CFO you will be part of the Bolia Management Team which consists of seven directors. Furthermore, you will also be the secretary to the Bolia Board and you will have direct reference to the company CEO.

The main tasks will include:

  • Take part in the overall concept development and business planning in Bolia International
  • Secure and develop financial management, budgeting, and operations with a focus on business support and profitable governance
  • Secure and develop the global Bolia supply chain for all sales channels with a focus on sustainability and customer satisfaction
  • Secure a motivated and competent team of 15 colleagues with a focus on openness, inclusion, and teamwork
  • Support cross-organizational projects, processes, and operations with a focus on analytics, know-how, information, and training

Valuable skills needed in the role as CFO:

  • Solid theoretical and practical background with proven results
  • Experience from international business and new IT possibilities
  • Your values are based on openness, positivity, creativity, and energy
  • A people-centric leadership with a focus on communication, motivation, and development
  • Taking strategy to planning and implementation
  • Operational business support through analytics, feedback & processes
